What up what up, y’all? It’s been a year since you’ve seen me in Becoming Britney and I (for sure) have developed more cellulite over the past 12 months. It’s disturbing. I’m not sure how Kim Kardashian gets away with it. I know for a fact she has some. I wonder if she does some sort of laser treatment. I’ll need to ask the Becoming Britney producers if I can add that as a rider to my contract.

I’m doing only OK on my diet. I start out the day wonderfully and then at some point in the afternoon/early evening I drive by one of those “do it yourself” frozen yogurt thingys. I go in for a nonfat vanilla. And then gummy bears. Those AH-mazin’ sour electric gummy worms. Marshmallows. Caramel topping. Some magic shell (of course). Oh, and some almonds. But those are good for you. According to Wikipedia:
“Almonds are a rich source of vitamin E, containing 26 mg per 100 g. They are also rich in dietary fiber, B vitamins, and essential minerals and monounsaturated fat. Typical of nuts and seeds, almonds also contain phytosterols, associated with cholesterol-lowering properties.”
(Whoa. That’s a lot of words I don’t understand. I mean, what the hell is “fiber”?!?!)
So…I had 30.
